 Frequently Asked Questions?

When is it safe to return

to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum.

What is I have no fitness experience?

No problem! The program is designed for a gentle return to fitness. Whether you have experience or not, all movements can be scaled to meet you where you are at.

Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout.

Craving a little dedicated Mom time? You can also come solo.

 What happens after 6 weeks?

After the course ends, you can move into our Revive Moms program which is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00am or 5:15pm. This program will keep your fitness moving forward and you can continue to bring in your little one all the way up to 18 months.

 When are classes held?

Tuesdays & Thursdays

@ 10:00

.

What is the baby age range?

Babies should be anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months for this program. Beyond that age, we've got a program for that too called Revive Moms.

What should I bring?

A water bottle, comfortable gym clothes, and indoor shoes. Feel free to bring your baby in their car seat or stroller. Some moms bring bouncy seats or play mats, too.

What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout!

What is a typical class like?

The 45-minute class is broken up into thirds. Stretch-Warm Up-Workout. The coach starts with guided breathing, stretching, or pelvic floor work. Next, the coach will teach movements for the workout. Once the class is warmed up, the workout will begin.
